RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Refunds are only eligible if products cannot be replaced or are out of stock. Also, listed below are products, goods and services that are exempt from our returns and refunds Policy. Make sure to email us with your receipt or proof of purchase, full name, telephone number, shipping address, photographs of misprinted/damaged/defective items, and submit a detailed statement of the issue you have with the product.

Please do not return any purchased items to the manufacturer without contacting our support team for accurate and further instructions regarding the return and refund policy.

Premium Memberships/Subscriptions Cancellations policy/non-returnable/refundable items

Please Note: THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Because we make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange or due to buyer’s remorse would mean producing an entirely new product. We appreciate your continued support to our Independent local company. 

  • There is no refund for Products and Items on sale- (unfortunately we do not have the ability to refund items on sale)

  • Refunds for damaged or mislabeled products might be issued upon further inspection, But not for buyer's remorse

  • Our return policy doesn't cover Size exchanges or products/clothing ordered in the wrong size.

  • There is no refund for Deposits for Classes/Courses

  • Classes/Courses-( There is no refund for Classes/Courses but you may reschedule if you contact us 48 hours or sooner before your booked session)

  • There is no refund for Perishable items and items that are deemed unusable, or to avoid dangerous unsafe Hygiene methods toward staff members and manufacturer workers.- ( an example would be used face masks etc.)

  • Private Sessions- ( There is no refund for private sessions but you may reschedule if you contact us 48 hours or sooner before your booked session)

  • There is no refund for Gift cards

  • Premium Memberships Plans and Subscription Packages of any kind…….. (There is no refund for Premium Plans and Subscription Packages, but you may Cancel at any time if you contact us via email with your membership sign up/Login information.)

    ***Please note that if you cancel while billing cycle is in progress you will not be charged for the following cycle, but you will be charged the full amount due for the remaining of your Monthly membership cycle. All cancellations are immediate and you will not have access to any membership perks once your cancellation has been issued. Also, if you cancel during your current billing cycle, there will are no fee adjustments, or refunds issued for Premium Memberships Plans and Subscription Packages. Once your remaining billing cycle is complete you will no longer be charged a Monthly Premium/Subscription fee.***

  • There is no refund for Downloadable software products such as meditation audios, online courses/classes,E-Books/PDF’s, Live Streams- (If for any reason you cannot access or are having issues with a downloadable item, please reach out to our support team for further instructions)

  • There is no refund for Event/ Workshop Tickets

  • There is no refund for Products and Items purchased in person at Live Events hosted by Natasha Nile

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, Replaced, or a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
